Mikhail Bogdanov, Russian President's Special Envoy for West Asia and Africa, as well as Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, said today (Monday) at the opening of the 11th Middle East Conference of the Parents' International Dialogue Club that the Saudi-Iranian rapprochement is a positive direction for regional development and resolution.
