Moscow: Russia is ready to mediate between Iran and Saudi Arabia

The Russian diplomat said:

According to him, the Russian side has repeatedly mediated to its partners in Tehran and Riyadh and offered Moscow as a meeting place. Bogdanov added:
Of course, our proposal in this regard is still on the table, but we are pleased that the contacts have started in Baghdad. As I understand it, four meetings have already been held in Baghdad.

"There is a common enemy and a global challenge in the face of international terrorism," he said, according to Russia's Tass news agency.
All of Russia's partners, including the Arabs and Iranians, are interested in making the fight against terrorism and international extremism as effective as possible, and this requires collective approaches and agreements.
