NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said in an interview that there were signs that Russia was preparing for a full-scale attack on Ukraine.
As senior Russian officials have announced in recent days that the number of Russian troops on the Ukrainian border has been reduced, the NATO Secretary General has claimed in an interview with a German network that no Russian troops have left the Ukrainian border.
According to Sputnik news agency, Jens Stoltenberg in an interview with "ARD" Germany claimed:
Despite what Russia says, no troops (from the Ukrainian border) have withdrawn, but new troops have been added.
