Saturday, 19 February 2022 (YJC)_ The Prime Minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government said that the UN bargaining with Sanaa over humanitarian issues is not justified.

Sanaa addresses UN: Yemeni rights are non-negotiableThe Prime Minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government, Abdul Aziz bin Habtour, rejected the efforts of the United Nations and the Saudi aggression coalition to bargain over the humanitarian case in Yemen and link it to military and political cases. He stressed that human rights could not be negotiated.

In an interview with France 24, he emphasized:
Unfortunately, the UN is under pressure from the aggressor countries. There is no justification for bargaining with Yemen over humanitarian issues. Enjoying an honorable life is the legitimate right of the Yemeni people, and they have the right to receive medicine and be treated in hospitals.

Ibn Habtur said:
The aggression of Saudi Arabia and the UAE against Yemen began on March 25, 2015 and continues to this day. The attacks targeted schools, hospitals, and weddings and mourning ceremonies, and in the most recent case, a prisoner was bombed in the city of Saada, and civilians are still being killed in coalition round-the-clock attacks.

Ibn Habtour also said about the naval exercise of the aggressors against Yemen with the participation of the Zionist regime in the Red Sea:
These exercises reflect the strategic vision of the host countries. They want to scare the whole region, and we are part of this region.

The Prime Minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government said:
The aggressor countries want to tell us that the Western world is with us and that they have money and buy weapons and ammunition. This is just a kind of intimidation. They want to say that the US-backed Red Sea is an Israeli-Saudi lake.

Regarding the news of the initial agreement on the Safar tanker, which was anchored off the coast of the port of Ain Isa in al-Hudaidah four years ago, Ibn Habtour said:
Sanaa has recently submitted a plan for the ship to the United Nations and we are waiting for a response to this plan.
