Thursday, 17 February 2022 (YJC)_ Ayatollah Khamenei said: "Azerbaijan has gone through various events and from three to four centuries ago, it was the promoter of national unity and national resistance."
On the eve of the anniversary of the uprising of the people of Tabriz on February 20, 1978, Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, spoke this morning in a visual connection with the people of East Azerbaijan.
The main points of the speech of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution are as follows:
* Young people absorb more and better spiritual factors. Young people should consider the opportunity of the month of Rajab and today, which is half of the month of Rajab.
* 29 Bahman is the shining day of Tabriz in the history of the revolution.
* 29 Bahman is a day of thanksgiving for Tabriz and for all of us. Because the incident that took place in Tabriz on this day caused the revolution to bear fruit.
* The movement of the people of Tabriz was innovative and important, which showed the continuation of the uprising of 19 Qom to everyone.
* If Tabriz had not shown that great movement on the 29th of Bahman, the tradition of forty taking and continuing the struggle would not have been opened for the Iranian people.
* The Islamic Revolution did not win with guns, nor with politics, nor with the game party, it won with the presence of the people.
* Azerbaijan has gone through various events and has been the driving force of national unity and national resistance from three to four centuries ago.
* One of the great advantages of Azerbaijan has been that the flag of the Ahl al-Bayt has always been in the hands of the Azerbaijani people.
* Continuation of each move is the key to the success of that move. If the next steps are not taken in each move, that move will be fruitless.
* The people of Tabriz did something that started the field movement of the people. The field presence of the people started from Qom, but if it were not for the movement of the people of Tabriz, this movement would be fruitless.
* Imam's enlightening speeches after the victory of the revolution gave morale to everyone and showed the way and reminded the people of the goals.
