In the case of Iran, we agree that there are opportunities for the full implementation of the JCPOA in the near future, but there is still a long way to go.

Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's representative to the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency, who is chairing his delegation to the Vienna talks, told the Russian newspaper Commersant a few days ago that there were "five minutes" until the end of the Vienna talks.

A draft of the final document has been prepared. There are a few other issues that need more work but the final document is currently on the table.
