Wednesday, 9 February 2022 (YJC)_IRGC unveiled a new home-made precision-striking missile.
A new home-made Iranian precision-striking missile with enhanced agility and warhead explosive power has been unveiled by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) in a special ceremony.
This new missile, named Kheybarshekan, has a range of 1,450km, and was displayed on Wednesday during a ceremony attended by Chief of Staff of Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri, Commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Force Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, and a number of other high-ranking military officials and commanders.
This ceremony coincided with celebrations in Iran commemorating the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
After unveiling this missile, Chief of Staff of Iranian Armed Forces Major-General Mohammad Bagheri announced that the country will continue the path towards the growth of its missile power.
