Tuesday, 8 February 2022 (YJC)_ Iran’s Secretary of Supreme National Security Council said with US' illusion, the path to negotiations will not to be smooth.
In a twitter message on Tuesday, Iran’s Secretary of Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani said with US' illusion, the path to negotiations will not to be smooth.
“Continuing maximum pressure against #Iran, current US administration has so far tried to meet the goals that Trump failed to achieve through bullying, by making unsupported promises. With this Washington's illusions, the path to negotiations will not be smooth,” he wrote.
Prior to this, Iran's security chief said that “to reach a good agreement, political decisions in Washington require a balance of commitments.”
Also, today, during his meeting with a group of commanders, pilots, and staff of the Army Air Forces on the anniversary of the Army Air Force commanders’ historical allegiance with Imam Khomeini at Husseiniyah of Imam Khomeini, Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei criticized US presidents, Joe Biden and Donald Trump, and said they have ruined the US’ reputation with their actions.
