Tuesday, 8 February 2022 (YJC)_ Commanders and staff of the Army Air Force and Air Defense met with Ayatollah Khamenei.
On the anniversary of the historic allegiance of the comrades to Imam Khomeini on February 10, 1979, a group of commanders and staff of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, this morning (Tuesday) met with Ayatollah Khamenei, Commander-in-Chief.
He said at the beginning of the meeting:
I adhere to the procedures announced by doctors. I am a servant, that is, I consider it my duty to act on them and I act on them. I insist on the mask and this is the third time I injected this vaccine.
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stated:
I advise our dear people to pay attention and listen to every word of the experts and pundits in this field. Do what they deem appropriate and necessary.

On that day, those young officers and non-commissioned officers, and mainly fellow travelers who participated in that strange meeting with the Imam and pledged allegiance, this allegiance was not allegiance to a person. The Commander-in-Chief added:
Everyone in every period that moves in the path of those ideals, in fact, participates in this movement. Therefore, you, the commanders and staff of the Air Force, are among those who enjoy the honors of the 19th of Bahman. The movement of the air force that day was the last blow to the rotten body of the Pahlavi regime.
