Sunday, 6 February 2022 (YJC)_ The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council stated that we are still far from forming the necessary balance in the obligations of the parties: Political decisions in Washington require a balance of commitments to reach a good agreement.
Ali Shamkhani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, tweeted this morning (Sunday):
Despite limited progress in the Vienna talks, we are still far from achieving the necessary balance in the commitments of the parties.
He added:
Political decisions in Washington require a balance of commitments to reach a good agreement.
It is worth mentioning that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always stated that it is in Vienna for an agreement that has two main features, which is stable and reliable, and of course, the path of obtaining guarantees is also an important path in this direction.
