A 22-year-old black man was shot and killed Wednesday night during a raid on his apartment by a Minneapolis City Police Swat team (weapons and special tactics).
The Minneapolis Police Department released a video on Thursday showing a man named "Amir Lock" spinning under a blanket after being awakened by police, with several gunmen standing near a piece of furniture on which he was lying.
At the beginning of the video, the police unlock his apartment with a key and the officers shout as they enter: Police, search warrant, go on the ground, on the damn ground. An officer then kicks the couch he was lying on, and when the young black man returns, his hand with the gun falls out of the blanket. Immediately after that, three bullets were fired at him.
