According to Al-Akhbar newspaper, these networks are in cooperation with the Israeli enemy.
According to the report, five weeks ago, an officer from the Lebanese Internal Security Forces intelligence branch reported that he had obtained information about suspicious security activities in Lebanon. Elements of the Lebanese Internal Security Forces Intelligence Branch found out that a person suspected of carrying out security operations in the country was linked to the Zionist enemy.
At the same time, the branch launched the largest security operation in its history against Israeli spy networks, and within four weeks was able to obtain cases involving dozens of suspects who directly or indirectly collaborated with the Zionist enemy, knowingly or unknowingly.
The information shows that their purpose is not simply to gather information about the resistance in Lebanon and its positions; They have also sought to spy on Palestinian resistance groups in Lebanon, particularly Hamas.
