He said:
This document has not yet reached the final stage for signing by the two leaders due to further studies and preliminary agreements; Therefore, the 20-year document between Iran and Russia is still in its infancy and the president will not visit Russia.
The National Security Spokesman continued:
During the President's visit to Moscow, the preparations for this document will be discussed and its preparations will be agreed upon.
The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Ebrahim Raeisi, will pay a visit to Russia later this week and is scheduled to meet with the Russian President.
