Sunday, 16 January 2022 (YJC)_ Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, called the comprehensive strategic agreement between Iran and China in the interests of the two nations and said: "Tehran-Beijing relations are expanding in all fields and the 25-year strategic partnership and cooperation between the two countries It will be "win-win".
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, who spoke to China's CGTN television, said that during his visit he had set common goals with his Chinese counterpart, adding:
Issues such as the start of the implementation of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between Tehran and Beijing, the review of important regional and international developments, and the Vienna talks were discussed.
He mentioned:
The 25-year strategic partnership and cooperation between the two countries will be with a "win-win" approach.
The head of our country's diplomatic service added:
In this agreement, we have included everything that is in the interests of the two nations, and in this agreement, which we will enter into its implementation phase from today, Tehran and Beijing will benefit.
Amir-Abdollahian called China a representative of one of the active parties in the Vienna talks, which has played a constructive and supportive role in Iran's peaceful nuclear rights and stressed the need to lift oppressive sanctions against Iran.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left for China on Thursday afternoon to hold talks with Chinese officials at the head of a high-level political delegation.
He stated that the purpose of his visit to China was to talk with Chinese officials about bilateral political relations, as well as how to implement the agreements between the Islamic Republic of Iran and China on economic cooperation.
