Tuesday, 11 January 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian Vice-President for Economic Affairs said the sanctions that western countries have always resorted to, are no longer an answer to their efforts to win battle against independent countries.
In his meeting with Nicaraguan Foreign Minister Denis Moncada, Iranian Vice-President for Economic Affairs Mohsen Rezaei said the sanctions that western countries have always resorted to, are no longer an answer to their efforts to win battle against independent countries.
“Humiliation, blockade, and invasion of nations is not effective anymore, now the nations become victorious who fight against humiliation and invasion of their countries,” he said while referring to Iran’s good ties with Latin American countries and saying the country is seeking to expand relations with Nicaragua in different areas.
He went on to say that “the US attitudes, especially the bullying approach and the attempt to block economic revenues from US, has no impact on countries like Iran and Nicaragua.
For his part, Denis Moncada thanked Iranian Vice-President for his his attendance in the inauguration ceremony of the country's president, and said “the resistance that Iranian nation manifest while confronting enmity of the imperial powers is a role model for nations around the globe.”
