Security sources have revealed the details of the arrest of the perpetrator of the assassination of the Palestinian scientist "Fadi al-Batash" in Malaysia.
According to the Sama news agency, the sources said that the man had been arrested in a complex security operation, adding that the killer of Martyr al-Batash had recently entered the Gaza Strip and needed money. He contacted an Israeli officer who had instructed him to kill Fadi al-Batsh. The officer asked him, "Where are you?" He replied, "I am in Gaza." The Israeli officer was outraged by the man and how he returned to Gaza.
The sources added that the killer of Martyr Al-Batash was surprised that the resistance intelligence services overheard his conversation and arrested him immediately.
According to the report, the perpetrator of the assassination confessed that he carried out this mission on the orders of Mossad with a second person, and that the second person was the perpetrator of the shooting and killing of Martyr Al-Batash.
