Wednesday, 5 January 2022 (YJC)_ Commander of IRGC Quds forces said Iran will take the revenge from perpetrators of General Soleimani’s assassination.
Addressing a ceremony to commemorate the second martyrdom anniversary of General Soleimani in a US drone strike in Iraq in 2020, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Qods Force Brigadier General Esmayeel Ghaani said Iran will take the revenge from perpetrators of General Soleimani’s assassination.
“Perpetrators behind the assassination of General Soleimani should know that they will not be safe. The commemoration of Martyr Soleimani is the commemoration of all the martyrs of the resistance,” he said while underling the fact that Iran will take revenge from perpetrators.
“Iran knows those behind the targeted assassination of the top Iranian anti-terror commander, including former US President Donald Trump and his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo,” he noted.
Prior to this, Esmaeil Ghaani said that Iran is standing at the peak of resistance, Islamic unity and convergence and noted that “Martyr Soleimani was the man of wisdom with his own ideas and theories. To follow his pathway, we have to observe the guidelines of Islamic revolution’s leader.”
