Wednesday, 5 January 2022 (YJC)_ News sources reported that the US base in one of the oil fields in eastern Syria has been attacked again.
The media reported that this morning (Wednesday), the US base in the Al-Omar oil field on the Syrian-Iraqi border was targeted.
Local Syrian sources reported that the attack took place at around 7 am today. Meanwhile, the Telegram channel "Saberin News" reported that the base was attacked by rockets.
A detailed report on the material damage and possible casualties caused by this attack has not been published yet.
However, some local sources reported that four rockets were fired at the US base, and that the US coalition responded by targeting points around the base.
The attack came as news sources reported a rocket attack on a US base at the Omar oil field yesterday evening.
