According to the report, thick smoke has risen from the roof of the South African Parliament; Black smoke that can be seen from a few miles away.
South African firefighters arrived at parliament at 5am local time as soon as they received reports of the fire.
There are reports of concerns over a fire and the collapse of the South African Parliament building.
