Naftali Bennett called for a stronger stance against Iran in the Vienna talksIsraeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett interviewed Golgotha's army radio before the morning attack on the Syrian port of Latakia.

In an interview published today (Tuesday), the Israeli Prime Minister addressed the Vienna talks, claiming that "a good agreement can be reached in the end, and of course we know the criteria," adding: "Is it expected in the current situation?" When does this happen? "No, because a stronger position [against Iran] must be taken."

Naftali Bennett continued his remarks by claiming that "Iran has a very weak position in the negotiations," but added:
Unfortunately, the world is behaving as if it is in a position of power.

Zionist Channel 13 TV also covered another part of the interview, which the Prime Minister also stated in another part of his remarks:
Israel has two goals, one of which is to push Iran back and the other is to prevent it from acquiring a nuclear weapon.

Bennett also claimed:
We take action and we do not seek conflict.

The remarks came as Iran's foreign minister and prime minister, Yair Lapid, wrapped up a "good deal" with Iran yesterday, on the eve of the resumption of talks in Vienna.

Lapid said yesterday:
Israel does not oppose any agreement. A good deal would be a good thing.
