Sunday, 26 December 2021 (YJC)_ Fighters from the Saudi aggression coalition attacked various areas of the Yemeni capital.
Arab media reported on Sunday morning that Saudi coalition airstrikes had hit the Yemeni capital, Sanaa.
Al-Jazeera correspondent in Yemen reported:
The Saudi coalition carried out operations against areas in Sanaa, including the Asr area.
A spokesman for the Saudi criminal coalition also issued a statement claiming:
Hostile efforts to target us require an ongoing process to neutralize the threat. This operation is in accordance with international humanitarian law and customary law.
The Saudi coalition also claimed:
The operation in Sanaa is an immediate response to the attempt to transfer weapons from the ceremonial barracks. We destroyed the special weapons depots in the ceremonial camp in Sanaa.
Al-Masira but reported from Sanaa:
A number of Yemeni citizens' homes were damaged and a number of families were displaced due to the destruction of their homes as a result of the US-Saudi aggression on the Asr area in a certain area.
