According to the Anatolian News Agency, Abbas stressed during a meeting with Sullivan that the Zionist regime must end its occupation of Palestinian territory and stop the development of settlements.

According to the report, Abbas further told the US National Security Adviser that Tel Aviv should respect Al-Aqsa Mosque and end the expulsion of Palestinians in East Jerusalem because such actions are against the law.

The head of the Palestinian Authority also said that the policies of the Zionist regime undermine the two-state solution and stressed the importance of strengthening US-US relations with the Palestinians.

According to the Anatolian News Agency, Sullivan also stressed the United States' commitment to a two-state solution.
