Tuesday, 21 December 2021 (YJC)_ The Iranian ambassador to London said in order to have security and peace, regional countries should have cooperation with Iran.
In a message on his Instagram account, the Iranian Ambassador to London Mohsen Baharvand said the key to security and peas is the cooperation between Iran and regional countries rather than with foreign interventions.
In reaction to the anti-Iran statement issued by the foreign ministers of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council and the British Foreign Minister, Mohsen Baharvand wrote “Unfortunately, some Arab countries ignore Iran's open arms for negotiation, dialogue, and respectful neighborly policy, and issue a statement in London against the great and powerful Iran.”
“Regional security, friendship, and prosperity can be achieved through the cooperation between Tehran and regional countries rather than foreign interventions,” he added.
He referred to the recent claim made by British and Arab foreign ministers which was the removal of sanctions is Iran's last chance to restore security in the region, and noted “Iran has always invited its neighbors for constructive talks and friendship.”
