Monday, 20 December 2021 (YJC)_ Commander of the Iranian Army’s Air Defense Force said it is necessary to enhance defense and deterrence power.
Addressing a ceremony attended by top commanders, university professors and students of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University, Commander of the Iranian Army’s Air Defense Force Brigadier General Alireza Sabahi Fard said it is necessary to enhance defense and deterrence power.
“Enhancing the deference power is directly related to the boost of achievements in the military field,” he said while urging students of the Armed Forces University, especially the Army Air Defense University to be involved in the development of equipment and weaponry and military equipment in the Armed Forces with new research and innovation.
He went on to say that “research, investigation and exploration activities are necessary to enhance the level of science, military, industry, medicine in Iran,” and noted that research should become a public culture in the scientific community of the country.
