Monday, 20 December 2021 (YJC)_ Hezbollah's foreign relations chief stressed that what is happening in Lebanon is a major international conspiracy aimed at besieging and striking at the resistance, keeping the Lebanese people and supporters of the resistance hungry.
Ammar al-Musawi, the Lebanese Hezbollah movement's foreign relations chief, stressed that the United States was complicit in stealing the Lebanese people's money and confiscating their deposits.
Al-Ahd news website quoted Al-Musawi as saying:
What is happening in Lebanon is a great international conspiracy aimed at besieging and beating the resistance, keeping the Lebanese people and supporters of the resistance hungry, surrendering the people and giving up the resistance, their dignity, and their existence.
He emphasized:
US domination of the Lebanese security, banking and political system must end, and all Lebanese, especially those who claim Lebanese dignity and pride, must take a firm stand, but unfortunately we have not heard any open criticism or condemnation of this interference.
The Hezbollah official noted that no Lebanese official had condemned the US position and its blatant interference in Lebanese affairs:
We are in a situation where we are fast approaching great victories and you can be sure of that.
Al-Musawi clarified:
The Axis of Resistance has achieved more than ten years in long battles, from Iraq to Palestine to Syria, Lebanon and Yemen, and is rapidly achieving great victories, and the siege and weakening of the resistance in Lebanon and Syria is merely an attempt by It is the losers who have failed in our resistance.
