The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says six people, including four women, have been killed by members of the ISIS terrorist group at the al-Hul camp in northeastern Syria since the beginning of this month.
According to Russia Today, the camp accommodates about 62,000 people, half of whom are Iraqis, and among them about 10,000 families of foreign ISIS fighters who are under tight security in the special unit.
The camp occasionally witnesses security incidents, including escapes, attacks on security guards or staff, or killings that affect its residents.
The Observatory said that since December 1, six people have been killed by dormant ISIS cells, most recently in the camp on Saturday.
The dead included two Iraqi men and a woman, two Syrian refugees and another woman.
Thus, the number of people whose deaths have been recorded inside the camp by ISIS since the beginning of this year has reached 86, most of whom are Iraqis.
