Sunday, 19 December 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology announced that the country is trying its best to launch satellites into the orbit.
In a press conference in Tehran on Sunday, Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Issa Zare’pour announced that the country is trying its best to launch satellites into the orbit.
“Before the end of the current Persian year (March 20), we will have launched satellites into the orbit,” the Iranian minister said.
He went on to add that “Iranian scholars were trying their best to build and launch satellites in the past decade,” while noting that “this will continue until we become one of the six countries that can launch satellites into the geocentric orbit.”
“In order to develop the Iranian space industry, we have taken into account all capacities, launching satellites would be just the beginning of our journey,” he added.
