Sunday, 19 December 2021 (YJC)_ After receiving the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Pakistani Minister of Parliamentary Affairs said that he had talked with him about bilateral relations and how to help Afghanistan meet the challenges.

Pakistani Minister of Parliamentary Affairs meets with Amir-Abdollahian in IslamabadThe Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, arrived in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, on Sunday morning at the head of a delegation.

Pakistani Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammad Khan wrote on his Twitter page that he welcomed the Iranian Foreign Minister, posting pictures of Amir-Abdollahian and his entourage.

Mohammad Khan explained:
I welcomed the delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran who have come to attend the 17th extraordinary meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Islamabad. Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian led the delegation.

In another tweet, he announced his meeting with Amir-Abdollahian:
I spoke with the Iranian Foreign Minister about bilateral relations between the Muslim and brotherly countries, as well as our role in helping Afghanistan meet its medical, food, educational, and other challenges.
