Sunday, 19 December 2021 (YJC)_ Russia's deputy foreign minister has warned that if the United States and NATO reject Moscow's security offer, Russia will be forced to take steps to establish a counter-threat system.
Moscow presented details of its security proposals between Russia, the United States and NATO to US diplomats on December 15, and Moscow published the proposed agreement on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website on Friday. US and NATO officials also confirmed that they were studying the professor provided by Russia.
According to Sputnik, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Groshko warned on Saturday that if the United States and NATO rejected Moscow's security proposals, Moscow would be forced to take steps to establish a counter-threat system.

Grushko added:

Grasco stressed that Russia's security proposals are aimed at reversing the current dangerous situation in Russia-US relations and moving towards negotiations.
