Saturday, 18 December 2021 (YJC)_ Tehran's provisional Friday Prayers Leader said the only thing Iran will accept is the lifting of all unilateral US sanctions.
During his remarks in Friday Prayer which was held at Tehran's Imam Khomeini Grand Mosalla Tehran's provisional Friday Prayers Leader Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Javad Hajaliakbari said the only thing Iran will accept is the lifting of all unilateral US sanctions.
“The main goal of Iranian nation currently is the neutralization of oppressive and illegal sanctions,” he said while noting that other parties in the talk want to make Iranian delegation distracted.
“European countries in the talks must welcome Iran’s presence at the negotiating table, although they have not fulfilled their commitments,” he added.
Currently, the Iranian official is in Vienna to attend negotiations on lifting sanctions against Iran.
Two weeks ago, it is announced that the 8th round of Vienna talks between Iran and P4+1 has started in Coburg Hotel.
“The removal of the sanctions imposed by the US on Iran after its unilateral withdrawal from the nuclear deal” is the main aim of the current talks.
Last night, Iran's top nuclear negotiator in Vienna talks Ali Bagheri Kani announced that discussions will be resumed after a few days’ break.
