Saturday, 18 December 2021 (YJC)_ Appreciating the support of the people and the efforts of the medical staff in reducing the damage of the Corona virus, the President stressed the need to maintain and strengthen this process and to observe health procedures and the continuation of strict and intelligent controls, especially at the country's borders.
Seyed Ibrahim Raisi on Saturday at the meeting of the National Anti-Corona Headquarters assessed the measures taken in recent months to protect the lives of the people and increase immunity against the Corona virus and expressed his appreciation to all stakeholders:
Smart reopening restores mobility and vitality to the community, but in order to protect the lives of the people, it is necessary to continue to emphasize the observance of health regulations by the people and the responsible agencies.
Reiterating the need to pay double attention to traffic control across the country's borders, he said:
Protecting the lives and health of the people requires that the movement of people across borders, especially from countries where there is a greater possibility of transmission, be carefully and seriously controlled. Of course, the restrictions that are applied in this regard should be such that it does not create a problem for the necessary movement of people.
The President thanked the people for their support and trust in observing the health procedures and said:
Today, people are well aware that the following harms can be prevented by following the principles of health, and in this regard, the government is fully aware of the value of the people's support and empathy, and will continue its efforts to protect the lives of the people.
