Friday, 17 December 2021 (YJC)_ Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister said today (Friday) that NATO has rejected all of Moscow's proposals to reduce tensions and has not taken any decisive and serious initiative to resume NATO-Russia Council cooperation.

Late Thursday, NATO said it was ready to work with Russia to build trust if Moscow took decisive action to reduce tensions, Sputnik reported.
However, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Groshko said:
We have not yet received strong proposals from the NATO military alliance. All our previous proposals to reduce tensions between the two sides remain unanswered.
