Thursday, 16 December 2021 (YJC)_The recent tornado in the U.S. kills at least 100 people in five states due to the government's weak response. But here is the deadliest natural disaster list of the last 120 years.

Last Friday, five US states have been barrelled by powerful tornadoes that leveled houses and factories and brought down power lines. Since late Friday to early Saturday, more that 50 tornadoes were reported across eight states.

On Monday, in the worst-hit state, Kentucky, governor, Andy Beshear, said that at least 74 people had died with more than 100 unaccounted for. Kentucky is the state in which one tornado followed a path of 200-milles alone.

"The level of devastation is unlike anything I have ever seen," Andy Beshear said.

In Illinois, Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri the death of at least six, four, two and two has been announced respectively.

Mayfield is among the worst-hit towns in Kentucky in which a candle factory was levelled and killed at least eight people.

In addition to that, this tornado left lots of homes roof-less, uprooted giant trees and destroyed Police and fire stations in Mayfield.

However, this is not the only natural disaster that history have encountered. The following picture shows the natural disasters that are the deadliest of the last 120 years.
