Tehran, YJC. The Iranian Mohammad Naderi gained a gold medal in the Men's Freestyle -70 kg of the 2014 Asian Beach Games.
On Saturday, Naderi beat Qatar’s Abdullrahman Ibrahim 2-0 in the final game and won the gold medal.
The Iranian wrestler had already beaten Seongun Park from South Korea, Azbileg Tsengelbayar from Mongolia and Bangladesh’s Md Dipu and Nurlan Bekzhanov from Kazakhstan.
The Iranian athletes are competing in 17 out of 26 sports in the event.
The games are attended by about 3,500 athletes and officers from 45 countries in Asia.
The first Asian Beach Games were held in Indonesia in the year 2008.
Vietnam is going to host the 5th round in Khanh Hoa Province and Da Nang City in 2016.
