Monday, 13 December 2021 (YJC)_ The Senior Negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stating that we have not received any proposals or initiatives from the other side on the disputes, called the ongoing talks in Vienna positive and forward.
"Ali Bagheri," the senior negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the negotiations with the P4+1 group and the political deputy foreign minister, in a conversation about the current negotiation process in Vienna, noted:
There are currently a number of issues on the two issues currently on the agenda, namely the lifting of illegal and oppressive sanctions, as well as nuclear action, which are evident in the final draft reached in Vienna 6.
Bagheri also noted that the differences, especially on the issue of nuclei, are numerous and varied.
He stated:
In the field of disputes, we have not received any proposal or initiative from the other side so far, but we ourselves, within the framework of the reforms and proposals that we presented to the other side, expressed our views on the disputed issues and presented them to the other side.
In an interview with Press TV, Bagheri asked whether the negotiators had started discussing Iran's proposals. Added:
In the last few days, we have had several meetings at the expert level, as well as at the level of senior negotiating officials, to discuss the reforms, views and proposals of the Iranian side that have been applied to the Vienna 6 drafts.
The Deputy Foreign Minister stated that the talks were positive and forward-looking.
