Explosion at a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanon
Several people were injured in an explosion at an arms depot in a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanon.
Al-Mayadin news network reported an explosion at the Al-Burj Al-Shamali camp in the southern Lebanese city of Tire.
The blast was caused by a fire at an ammunition depot at the camp, according to Al-Mayadin.
Ambulances were dispatched to the scene to transport the injured to medical facilities.
Al-Jazeera news network reported that at least 10 people were injured in the blast.
The news network also reported that Lebanese firefighters were able to contain the blaze caused by the blast.
