Friday, 10 December 2021 (YJC)_ The Iranian Foreign Minister stated that today is the time for action and we are working to reach a serious and good agreement: If the West continues to negotiate with good intentions, initiative and constructive ideas, we will certainly see rapid progress.
Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian wrote on his Instagram page on Thursday about the ongoing talks in Vienna between Iran and the P4 + 1 group to lift sanctions:
We are all in Vienna to negotiate to reach a good agreement.
He added:
The Western parties should know that in the last eight years, enough has been said and no promises have been made, but today is the time to act and we are working to reach a serious and good agreement.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs noted:
Iran's nuclear program is quite peaceful, but resolving the concerns of the alleged Western parties is directly related to the complete lifting of sanctions.
He reminded:
Although we doubt whether the Western side is ready to lift the sanctions in principle, or whether it is only seeking to resolve its concerns unilaterally, if the Western side attends the negotiations with good intentions, initiative and constructive ideas, it will certainly witness. We will make rapid progress in the negotiations.
