The Yemeni National Salvation Government stressed the need to continuously improve Yemen's air defenses.

He added:
Field achievements show the fact that the most recent one was achieved in the last 24 hours and we shot down two American Eagle and CH4 aircraft.
Abdul Salam said:
The enemy must know that he has no choice but to declare an end to the aggression and lift the siege against Yemen.
A spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Wednesday evening that the country's air defense had shot down a CH4 spy drone belonging to the Saudi Air Force with a surface-to-air missile.
Yahya was quick to add that the missile used to shoot down the Saudi drone has not yet been unveiled.
