Monday, 6 December 2021 (YJC)_ The Iranian foreign ministry Spokesman said the formation of an all-inclusive government in Afghanistan is a must.
In his remarks in a press conference in Tehran on Monday, the Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said the formation of an all-inclusive government in Afghanistan is a must.
“Will of Afghan people should be the foundation of the future of this country, an inclusive government with the presence of all ethnicities is necessary,” he said.
“Afghanistan and Iran have 900km of bordering areas. The Taliban border guards were unfamiliar with the zero point of the border and opened fire based on a misunderstanding.” he noted regarding the recent incident that took place on the border area of Sistan and Balouchestan province in Iran and Nimroz province in Afghanistan and added “Iran's border guards were also forced to respond immediately.”
He finally announced that through a phone conversation “Iran and Afghanistan got familiar with the border points and direct communication.”
