The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that 200 Palestinians were wounded in clashes between Palestinian youth and Zionist militants in the towns of Bita and Beit Dejan in Nablus province, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.
According to the report, the Zionist army responded to the Palestinian protests in the Bita and Beit Dejan settlements by firing metal and plastic bullets and throwing tear gas.
Earlier, Zionist officials approved a plan to occupy Palestinian agricultural land in the villages of Qaryut and al-Sawiyah, south of Nablus, to expand Zionist settlements.
The protests came as the Fourth Committee of the UN General Assembly recently passed six resolutions against the regime.
According to Zionist and Palestinian sources, there are about 650,000 settlers in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
