Sunday, 28 November 2021 (YJC)_ Saudi Arabia welcomed Australia's call for Hezbollah a terrorist organization and called on other countries to take similar action.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry welcomed Australia's move to include Hezbollah in its list of terrorist groups.
According to the Okaz newspaper, the Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it "stressed the importance of this action in strengthening international peace and security and called on the international community to take a similar stance against terrorism and terrorist groups around the world."
Last week, the Australian government listed the Lebanese Hezbollah group as a "terrorist" organization under pressure from the Zionist regime.
According to AFP, the government of Scott Morrison announced on Wednesday morning (November 24th) that it would list the entire Hezbollah group as a terrorist organization.
