Saturday, 27 November 2021 (YJC)_ The US Special Representative for Iran stated that the countries bordering the Persian Gulf want to revive the JCPOA in order to develop diplomatic and economic relations with Iran.
US Special Representative for Iran Robert Mali, who recently traveled to Occupied Palestine, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain to discuss Iran's nuclear program, welcomed the countries in an interview with NPR. The Persian Gulf region announced the development of diplomatic and economic relations with Iran in the event of the revival of the JCPOA.
He explained in this regard:
There are two leading paths, one way is to return to the agreement (JCPOA) in which case we, the Gulf countries (Persia), are ready to expand our diplomatic and economic relations (with Iran). And this is what they (the Gulf states) say they want to do and they want to complete the region economically and diplomatically.
He then continued:
But if they (Iran) do not return to the agreement. This door will be closed if you continue to intensify and increase the progress of your core. Iran will once again cause a crisis of non-proliferation.
