Friday, 26 November 2021 (YJC)_ Spokesman for Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said that advanced centrifuges are produced in Karaj nuclear site and the world powers have politicized this peaceful nuclear industry.
In a televised interview with IRIB, spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Behrouz Kamalvandi said that advanced centrifuges are produced in Karaj nuclear site and the world powers have politicized this peaceful nuclear industry.
He went on to criticize IAEA's inappropriate behaviors towards Iran and said “International organizations are under the influence of the world powers,” and added “We must work to make Iran be realized and to prevent deteriorating the image of our country.”
The AEOI spokesman also announced that this issue is discussed and emphasized in a meeting held between the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Iranian Foreign Minister in Tehran.
“Domestic media must be vigilant to thwart conspiracy of some countries attempt to accuse Iran,” Kamalvandi added.
Elsewhere in his remarks he referred to Iran's nuclear activities in the Karaj facility, said that advanced centrifuges are produced in this nuclear site and noted “According to Article 4 of the NPT, such activities are the right of Iran, Karaj facility is not subject to Safeguards rules.”
He finally announced that Iran has now more than 30 kilograms of 60% uranium and said “In the coming days, the amount of 20% uranium will double the capacity set out in the Law on "Strategic Action Plan to Counter Sanctions and Protect Rights of the People.”
