Wednesday, 24 November 2021 (YJC)_ Iraqi sources report that a judicial delegation from Iran has arrived in Baghdad to investigate the assassination of the martyred commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the deputy head of the Iraqi Al-Hashdal Shaabi Organization.
This morning (Wednesday), it was reported that a judicial delegation had arrived in Baghdad from Iran.
According to Al-Ahd News, the purpose of the Iranian delegation's trip to Baghdad is to follow up on the assassination of General Haj Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes, deputy head of the Al-Hashdal Shaabi organization.
The report further states that the head of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, Faeq Zidan, met with the members of the Iranian delegation.
The delegation arrived in Baghdad while the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, had previously stressed at a meeting of the Special Committee for the Legal and International Prosecution of the Assassination of Martyr Soleimani and his entourage to pursue the case and bring to justice state terrorists.
In this meeting, which was held in the presence of the representative of the honorable family of Martyr Soleimani and the managers and representatives of the relevant judicial, political, security, legal and military bodies, the guests expressed their views and opinions on following up this case and reporting on the performance of the relevant body. They themselves expressed the latest developments and developments in the subject and the various dimensions and effects of the issue.
