Sunday, 21 November 2021 (YJC)_ Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafaev is heading a delegation to Iran today.
Today (Sunday) the delegation of the Republic of Azerbaijan headed by "Shahin Mustafaev", Deputy Prime Minister of the country, which is the joint chair of the State Commission for Economic, Trade and Humanitarian Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Iran, will travel to Tehran.
According to the Azartaj news agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, during this visit, meetings will be held in the Ministries of Roads, Urban Development and Oil of Iran and the prospects of bilateral cooperation will be discussed.
Recently, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov said in an interview with the IRIB news agency:
We are interested in developing relations with Iran and there is a lot of cooperation between the two countries.
The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan also stated about the future of relations between the two countries:
I can say that due to the many commonalities between the two countries, there are many plans for bilateral cooperation. I am sure that we can develop the good relations of the past on the basis of good neighborliness.
