Saturday, 20 November 2021 (YJC)_ The Iranian Health Ministry spox announced that 3,539 new Covid-19 cases has been detected in the country in the past 24 hrs.
The Iranian Health Ministry spokesperson announced on Saturday that 3,539 new COVID-19 infections have been detected across the country in the past 24 hours 616 of which has been hospitalized.
“A sum of 3,539 COVID-19 infections and 118 deaths has been identified due to the disease in the past 24 hours” the spox said while adding that “This brings the total number of cases to 6,073,098.”
118 COVID patients have lost their lives in the past 24 hours that bring the total death toll 128,852,” the ministry added.
“3,416 people are being treated in ICUs in hospitals across the country, while 5,771,363have already gained recovery,” the health ministry added.
“37,673,877 coronavirus diagnosis tests have so far been carried out across the country,” the ministry added while announcing “8 cities are rated red, 58 cities are orange, 236 cities are yellow, and 146 cities are blue.”
