Saturday, 20 November 2021 (YJC)_ A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said that maintaining the JCPOA agreement was the only effective solution to the Iranian nuclear issue.
According to Xinhua, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Li Jian said in a meeting on Friday evening:
We hope that the International Energy Agency will resolve disputes with its inspection and monitoring programs through dialogue and negotiation with Iran on the basis of mutual respect.
He added:
We invite all relevant parties to play a constructive role in this regard. China has always believed that maintaining and adhering to the JCPOA agreement is the only effective way to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue.
A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed:
All parties must work to strengthen the diplomatic efforts to advance the process of resuming Iran's nuclear talks and achieving positive results.
Zhao stated:
At the same time, we hope that the various parties, taking into account the general situation, while maintaining restraint and logic, will prevent interference in diplomatic efforts to advance the Iranian nuclear talks.
