Friday, 19 November 2021 (YJC)_ The spokesman for Iran's foreign ministry called the new US sanctions efforts a continuation of Trump's failed policy of maximum pressure and desperate and illegitimate actions.
Saeed Khatibzadeh, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, reacted to the new US sanctions this morning (Friday).
Regarding the new US sanctions against six Iranians and an Iranian institution under the false pretext of interfering in the US elections, he said:

These kinds of projections are considered baseless by the US government, which has a long history of interfering in different countries in various forms and in order to deceive the public opinion of this country.
