Tuesday, 16 November 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Minister said that the current situation of JCPOA is because of US and the European countries’ irresponsible behavior and inaction.
In a phone conversation with his Italian counterpart Luigi Di Maio, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said that the current situation of JCPOA is because of US and the European countries’ irresponsible behavior and inaction.
“The main culprit for the current situation is US, that’s the fact that all parties have agreed on,” he said while adding that “Some other parties see unacceptable current situation as a result of irresponsible behavior and silence in the face of the US's excessive demands.”
He also said “We have shared our views with the parties to the negotiations, the current Iranian administration is practical and result-oriented, therefore, we are prepared for arriving at a good agreement.”
Amir-Abdollahian also emphasized that these results are depended to the fact that “all the negotiating parties return to their obligations.”
Yesterday, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh highlighted the need to lift all imposed sanction against Iran and said that “The aim of these talks is to remove sanction, sanction which contradict the nuclear deal and the sanctions that have been illegally imposed by the US against Iran.”
