Monday, 15 November 2021 (YJC)_ Spokesman for the Justice and Development Party expressed his condolences to the Iranian people and government following the earthquake in southern Iran.
Omar Chalik, spokesman for the Justice and Development Party, wrote in a Twitter message published on Monday night, referring to the earthquake in the south of our country:
We wish good health to our brother country Iran, where the earthquake occurred. We ask God for mercy for the victims of this earthquake.
Two consecutive earthquakes with a distance of 1 minute have shaken southern Iran, the first 6.4 magnitude earthquake at a depth of 18 km and the second 6.3 magnitude earthquake at a depth of 10 km.
Since then, 44 aftershocks have been recorded.
One person was reported dead and 98 were taken to Hormozgan hospitals, of which 88 were injured and the rest are under observation.
