Sunday, 14 November 2021 (YJC)_ In the ousted Sudanese government, the foreign minister announced the direct relations of the officials of the new governing council with the Zionist regime.
Foreign Minister Maryam al-Sadiq al-Mahdi said in the ousted Sudanese government that the killing of protesters against the military's ouster of the government and the former governing council would change the equation of interaction between the nation and the country's military.
Al-Mahdi, who was a guest on Qatar's Al-Jazeera Mubasher program, said that some individuals and entities that ordered the shooting of participants in the peaceful demonstrations were responsible for killing the demonstrators.
She added that the recent actions of "Abdel Fattah al-Burhan", the commander of the Sudanese army, caused the army to stand up to the nation, which was unprecedented in the country.
The former Sudanese minister also referred to the direct relations of the officials of the new governing council of Sudan with the Zionist regime and said:
The presence of Abu al-Qassem Bartum (in this council), who is known for his relations with Israel and his constant efforts to normalize relations between Khartoum and Tel Aviv, is a testament to this.
Maryam al-Mahdi said that the military officials opposed the return of former Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdouk to his post and asked him to join the new governing council, thus legitimizing it.
She stressed that the ousted government of Sudan is a legitimate government from the point of view of the United Nations and the rest of the world, and that if the military council forms a new government, it will be illegal.
